Satisfied or redone

Your happiness is our priority. Before any printing, you approve a preview: if something doesn't please you, we rework your portrait for free until it's perfect.

Returns

As our portraits are personalized and made to order, they can't be resold and therefore can't be returned once printed. However:

• If your print arrives damaged, we reprint and reship it for free.
• If the final result doesn't match the approved preview, we correct it at our expense.
