Personalized products

Because our portraits are made to order from your own photo, they cannot be resold or taken back once production has started (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). The 14-day right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to these products.

Money-back guarantee

Before anything is printed, you approve a preview. If something isn't right, we rework your portrait free of charge until you're happy with it.

Damaged parcel or defective product

If your print arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 14 days with a photo through our contact page: we will reprint and reship it free of charge, or refund you.

Refunds

When a refund is granted, it is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
